Gemini is an active owner and operator of Hospitality assets with decades of development and operating experience. Our portfolio of hotel assets consists of eight hotels in New York City, including one under development, and one in Boston. Gemini develops, owns and operates its brand of boutique, neighborhood-inspired lifestyle hotels, “The GEM Collection.” We also own and operate select hotel franchises.

GEM hotels are currently located in four Manhattan neighborhoods and offer an authentic New York experience and design-conscious accommodations. The GEM Chelsea, which showcases local artists’ work in its lobby, won the 2010 CitySearch NYC “Best Boutique in New York” designation.
