Gemini’s investment focus encompasses debt and equity investments in commercial real estate assets and new development. Our current investments include a portfolio of more than four million square feet of retail properties located throughout the United States, as well as eight hotels located in New York City and in Boston. Gemini’s retail activity is heavily concentrated in the Southeast and Northeast United States with asset types varying from single-tenant to regional malls. Gemini is an active owner and developer of hotels in the Northeast with seven flagged and independent hotels and an eighth hotel currently under construction.
