The Computer Shop Signs Lease at River Ridge Shopping Center

October 12, 2011 - Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC signed a 900 square foot lease with The Computer Shop at the River Ridge Shopping Center in Clemmons, NC.  The Computer Shop joins tenants Food Lion, Dollar General, and Southern Community Bank & Trust at the neighborhood shopping center.

Gemini was represented in-house by asset manager, Todd Rollins, on the deal.
