Our team applies years of experience to oversee every aspect of asset management. We continually seek to maximize the value at each property by stringently reviewing rental and operating expenses, by implementing the most optimal tenant mix at each property and th rough lease negotiations with new and existing tenants. Gemini’s principals invest their own funds alongside that of our investors; as a result, we manage each asset with the focus of an owner as well as a manager. We have invested heavily in our platform which services all of our investment funds, joint ventures and TIC investments by providing clear, concise and consistent operational and financial reports.
